We offer various shipping options for domestic orders within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (depending on location)
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (depending on location)
  • Next-Day Shipping: Delivery by the next business day (available for certain locations and orders placed before the cut-off time)

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  • Delivery Method: Choose from standard, expedited, or next-day shipping options.
  • Order Size & Weight: Larger or heavier items may incur higher shipping fees.

3. Order Processing Time

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently only offer shipping to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • International Shipping: At this time, CameraFexa does not offer international shipping. We are exploring future international shipping options, and updates will be posted on our website.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please use this tracking number to check the status of your order through the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to process and ship all orders promptly, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high demand. If there are significant delays or issues with your shipment, we will notify you as soon as possible.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lost Items: If your order is lost in transit or never arrives, please contact our customer service team at info@camerafexa.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that CameraFexa is not responsible for lost items once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or a refund for the damaged item.

8. Returns & Exchanges

For information regarding returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy. Please ensure that the returned items meet the requirements listed in the return policy, including the time frame and condition of the product.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

While we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been processed, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
