At CameraFexa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible. Please read through our return policy to understand the conditions and guidelines.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Item: Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging, including manuals, accessories, and parts. We cannot accept returns for opened or used products unless they are defective.
- Receipt or Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons, including:
- Opened or used cameras, lenses, or any other electronics.
- Software, downloadable products, and gift cards.
- Items that are clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page.
3. How to Return an Item
If you meet the above eligibility requirements, you can initiate a return by following these steps:

- Return Shipping: Once you have an RA number, carefully package the item(s) along with all original packaging and accessories. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
- Return Shipping Address: Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team after receiving your RA number.
- Proof of Shipment: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75 to ensure the return reaches us.
4. Refunds and Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will send you the replacement item once we receive your returned product, subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for returns, particularly for opened items or items that are no longer in new condition. This will be communicated to you prior to processing your return.
7. International Returns
We currently only accept returns for orders placed within the United States. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
